The AOV/Conversion needed a boost and different products needed to be bundled together as a combo at a fixed price point.

What we did:

We built a separate bundle page defining products by collection, used Shopify's APIs to curate a bundled product at a fixed price. The bundle page was used as a target during Meta Ads.

Impact : 

The smooth buying process was loved by customers and it increased the average conversion by about 15%.

Slower speeds decreased conversions, limited custom features available, buggy and redundant code

What we did : 

Migrating the age old website from 1.0 to 2.0 by removing redundant unused app code, optimizing page speed, migrated all existing features and integrations with 3rd party apps like CRMs, ERPs, several upgraded Shopify API calls, creating sub systems in AWS and ensuring a richer customer experience with minimal delay.

-Snitch : Pincode validation on the checkout pages by integrating their 3rd party software onto the Shopify's native checkout page.

What we did : 
We created a shoppable videos app called Glow Videos, which guarantees 0 drop in page speed and showcases products in the form of videos. This being a public application can have other use cases as well, like instructional videos, showing UGC videos for separate products etc.
